Reduce High Blood Pressure
Increase water intake
Reduce Sodium (Salt).  Increase Potassium – counterbalances excessive Sodium in the body.  Found in the following:
Fruit: Bananas, apricots, dates, melons, kiwi fruits, mangoes, nectarines, watermelon, avocados, oranges, grapefruit juice, papaya, pomegranates, raisins, prunes.
Vegetable: celery, swiss chard, spinach, parsley, potatoes, watercress, endive, kohlrabi, broccoli, tomatoe,  cauliflower, asparagus, artichokes, sweet potatoes, squash, cucumber.
Increase Omega 3 oil.  Found in mackerel, sardines, herring, salmon, mullet & trout. Supplement = 7,000mg 
Co-enzyme Q10. Helps cells release energy.  180 – 270mg daily.
Walk every day : 20 – 30 minutes.  Daily aerobic exercise helps relax arteries & decrease stress.  
Apple cider vinegar – take 1 dsp in a little warm water in the morning
Garlic – is a blood cleanser.  Best raw or supplements if not.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)  : B Vitamins best as a complex.
Selenium : antixodant. 1 Brazil nut a day!
Zinc : 15mg daily & Copper : 1 – 2 mg daily.
Live full fat yoghurt (lactobacillus/acidopholus) binds with fats.
